Returns & Exchanges

At ELSE, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless returns process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
